The Gentle Way is a home for neurodivergent women unlearning performance and rebuilding trust with their bodies.

If you’re new here

You might have found your way here because:

  • You’re exhausted from holding it all together
  • You’ve learned how to perform competence—even when it costs you
  • Your body feels overwhelming, confusing, or far away
  • You’re trying to build a life that works, but nothing quite fits
  • You identify as neurodivergent, or you're wondering if you might

If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

You don’t need to get it together before you begin here.
You don’t need to be more disciplined, more healed, or more certain.

What this space is

This is a writing-based space called The Gentle Way.

I share reflections, practices, and honest language for:

  • reconnecting with your body
  • understanding your nervous system
  • unlearning survival patterns that no longer fit
  • creating a life that is actually yours

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about relating to yourself differently.

How this works

When you subscribe (for free), you’ll receive:

  • New essays delivered to your inbox weekly-ish

If you choose to become a paid subscriber, you’ll receive:

  • EDIT

About me

I’m a writer, pastor-turned-somatic practitioner working at the intersection of neurodivergence and embodied healing.

My work is shaped by my own lived experience as an autistic and ADHD woman, my years in ministry, and my commitment to creating spaces where people can be honest about what’s actually true.

I care about helping you:

  • come back into relationship with your body
  • tell the truth about your life
  • and build something more sustainable than performance

Before you go
